I am testing for Terry’s upcoming book, Vegan Latina, and so far everything I have made has been amazing. Here is a picture of the Sweet Basil and Corn Pot Pie I made for a get-together with some friends last night, courtesy of my camera phone.*
Somehow that wine didn't get opened.
*You know my hope is that if I complain enough publicly, someone will buy me a new camera, right? Can someone get on that?
